(IN PERSON) Fluid Core: Weights Progression Series

Fluid Core is Robyn's interpretation of Pilates and its principles.

Fluid Core is inspired by balance, and the desire to cultivate both stability and mobility in the physical body. We work with strength, muscular tension, and reflex activation to generate stability and support. We work with motion, lubrication and opening to generate mobility and possibility. The two aspects fuel each other, giving space for more of each.

This version of Fluid core uses weights and strength training concepts to increase the feedback. Series' will increase in intensity each week.
