(IN PERSON) Fluid Core: Cardio Progression Series

Fluid Core is Robyn's interpretation of Pilates and its principles.

Fluid Core is inspired by balance, and the desire to cultivate both stability and mobility in the physical body.

This version of Fluid Core includes "choose-your-own-intensity" cardio moments and feels like a dance party!

As this is a three-class progression series, we'll start week one on the mild side, and increase the cardio sequences weekly, working our way to the wild side.
