Fluid Core: Level 2 Program

Fluid Core is Robyn's interpretation of Pilates and its principles.

This is a four week Progression Program intended for folks who already have a moderate amount of experience in Fluid Core, Pilates and Strength Training. We recommend having completed the Fluid Core: Level 1 Program" at least once before registering for Level 2. Folks who have completed two rounds of the Advanced Postpartum Programs at Vitality would be well suited to this program, and/or folks who have attended many of Robyn's classes in the past. If you're unsure, reach out and ask!

The Fluid Core method of Pilates is all about of cultivating balance between stability and mobility in the physical body. We'll work with strength, muscular tension, and reflex activation to generate stability and support. We work with motion, lubrication and opening to generate mobility and possibility. The two aspects fuel each other, giving space for more of each.

WINTER PROTOCOL: On stormy winter days that warrant business closures, class will happen online, so long as we have power. Class will be recorded, so that if your stuck-at-home situation makes it hard for you to attend live, you can do the class at a more convenient time. This protocol will keep the scheduling consistent, and maintain our momentum while also assuring this small business isn't too affected by winter.
