
Fluid Core is inspired by balance, and the desire to cultivate both stability and mobility in the physical body.
This version of Fluid Core is a blend between a BOSU step class and a Circuit class. The small group is split into two groups that take turns either grooving on the BOSU ball or enjoying some Pilates and Strength Training vibes on the mat.
Note: this is not a beginner program. Comfort with higher intensity exercise and familiarity with other Fluid Core programs is necessary.

WINTER PROTOCOL: On stormy winter days that warrant business closures, class will happen online, so long as we have power. Class will be recorded, so that if your stuck-at-home situation makes it hard for you to attend live, you can do the class at a more convenient time. This protocol will keep the scheduling consistent, and maintain our momentum while also assuring this small business isn't too affected by winter.
