WORKSHOPS
Prenatal Movement Concepts: A mini prenatal workshop exploring breathe and the pelvis, suitable for any time during pregnancy.
CLASSES BY THE TRIMESTER
First Trimester Class: A 23 minute prenatal movement session intended for the first trimester.
Second Trimester Class: A 20 minute prenatal movement session intended for the second trimester.
Third Trimester Class: A 25 minute prenatal movement session intended for the third trimester.
CLASSES BY THE WEEK
10 Week Class / 18 Minutes / strength building to support new hormone surges
15 Week Class / 17 Minutes / exploring heart rate and cardiovascular exercise
20 Week Class / 26 Minutes / workshopping ways to modify common movements
25 Week Class / 29 Minutes / exploring different types of "strength" with some extra focus on "up-training" the pelvic floor
*NEW* 30 Week Class / 29 Minutes / more modifications for your growing belly with some extra focus on "endurance" for labour
