Start Here: Early Postpartum Rehabilitation Workshop

- Designed to ease your way back into movement and sport, this workshop contains three chapters to progress the body towards strength and connection as early as 10 days after the birth.
***DO THIS WORKSHOP FIRST, NO MATTER HOW FAR IN YOUR POSTPARTUM JOURNEY YOU ARE.
NOTE: if you experience any bleeding (vaginal), pulling sensations (around any stitches or incisions), or pain (anywhere) STOP, wait two days, and try again. Only move on to the next chapter or progression when you can comfortably do the previous one for 2-3 days in a row.

Short Classes: Postpartum Pilates Progression Series

Progression/Month 1: core work for pelvic stability (8 minutes)

Progression/Month 2: deeper feels (11 minutes)

Progression/Month 3: shoulder mobility + starting to squat (11 minutes)

*new* Progression/Month 4: easing into weight bearing shapes (19 minutes)
