Pilates Collection

This Collection includes Pilates and Pilates-based classes with a variety of teachers from the Cross Sea Collective. For many of us here, Pilates is our foundation, so you can expect this Collection to have a generous amount of classes in a variety of fun themes!

Fluid Core classes are taught by Robyn Breen, a certified Pilates teacher for over 15 years. They are her interpretation of Pilates and its principles. Fluid Core is inspired by balance, and the desire to cultivate both stability and mobility in the physical body. We work with strength, muscular tension, and reflex activation to generate stability and support. We work with motion, lubrication and opening to generate mobility and possibility. The two aspects fuel each other, giving space for more of each.
*FOCUS means we dig into a movement or movement concept more deeply. Almost like mini-workshops these classes aim to educate and enhance your experience in the other Fluid Core classes.
*FLOW means we move continuously through complex sequences, guided by music.
